蔡华剽窃案例的中英文对照

蔡华剽窃案例的中英文对照
 
根据Koan Wellens书评中指出的剽窃案例,我们把蔡华《一个没有父亲和丈夫的社会—中国纳西族》一书中所用案例与被剽窃的两本中文原著进行了对照比较。这一比较说明了Koam Wellens所指出剽窃问题完全符合事实,下面我们把原书的中文案例与蔡华英文书中的案例进行一一对照,对于蔡华的这本书是否存在严重的剽窃行为,相信读者们会得出自己的结论。而且细心的读者还会注意到,蔡华在剽窃时,还会对这些50年代、60年代的案例做出一些“小小的修订”,难道他还真在80年代和90年代又找到当年的调查对象并进行了核对吗?真是匪夷所思!!!恐怕这些修订是在剽窃时随意添加或删减的吧,如果真的只会一字不错地抄袭,那无疑也是个太苯的贼了。
 
  蔡华剽窃的第一篇文章是周裕栋、詹承绪的“宁蒗县永宁区开坪乡纳西族封建领主制、阿注婚姻和母系家庭调查”,蔡华剽窃的第二篇文章是王承权、詹承绪的“宁蒗县永宁区忠实乡纳西族封建领主制、阿注婚姻和母系家庭调查”。这两篇文章同载于《宁蒗彝族自治县永宁纳西族社会及其母系制调查》(云南人民出版社,昆明,1988年出版)这一本书中。特别提请读者注意的是:与以上这本《宁蒗彝族自治县永宁纳西族社会及其母系制调查》完全同名的还有中国社会科学院民族研究所和云南省历史研究所编并印刷的版本,虽然内容基本相同,但是该书的内容就无发与Koan Wellens书评中提供的页数相互对照了。
 
  第一篇为该书第191-341页,我们在下面对照中简称:周-詹文;
  第二篇为该书第1-190页,我们在下面对照中简称:王-詹文;
蔡华的英文书,我们在下面对照中简称:蔡书。
 
  为了便利读者的比较,对中文、英文段落中完全一致的部分,在下面的引文中不做任何标注,对不同的部分,在文字的下面加横线标出并采用蓝色,以便更加醒目。
另外在文中穿插的少数红字,则是我们的评议。
 
  第一个案例:
  周-詹文 第237页第21行至第33行:“如开基格瓦沙底益史,今年二十七岁,自十八岁起就开始找阿注,至今共有两个较长的阿注:第一个为七曼采尔,她比益史大六、七岁。某次益史和采尔等人在一起玩耍,益史给采尔一支纸烟,采尔就顺手把益史的烟盒抢了过去,意思是看益史愿不愿意同她交阿注。益史当时正在寻找对象,见采尔主动向自己求爱,也就没有表示拒绝,让采尔把烟盒拿去。不久,益史找到采尔,二人交换了礼物(腰带),从此益史就到采尔家过阿注生活了。但不到一个月,采尔找了新的阿注,就和益史断绝了关系。第二个阿注是阿拉瓦的呷他纳吉,他们结交的经过是这样的:某天,益史和纳吉在一块劳动,一个老人对益史说:‘纳吉漂亮,你找她做阿注吧!’当时益史认为纳吉不仅漂亮,而且劳动也能干,便走过去把纳吉头上的帕子(毛巾)抢了过去。大概由于纳吉也很喜欢益史,想和益史交阿注,不仅没有来夺帕子,而且连一句话也未说(据说如果女方不愿,便要把东西抢回,并借口说自己的妈妈不让交阿注)。这说明纳吉是同意了。于是益史便请了一个‘媒人’(男子)去呷他家说话。由于纳吉的小妈妈见益史人才好,家境也不错,益史便和纳吉交上了阿注,从此就到呷他家过阿注生活了。”
 
  蔡书 第187-188页: Jishi (twenty-seven years old), a young man from Kaitci, begin his acia life at the age of eighteen. His first acia was Tsie, who was seven years older than he. One day during a conversation, he offered her a cigarette, and she snatched the entire pack. Knowing that Tsie was taking the initiative to express her desires, Jishi let her do it. Two days later, he saw her again. They exchanged belts and began to meet secretly. In less than a month, Tsie, who had begun to see another acia, abandoned Jishi. He then found a second acia. One day, while working in the fields, an old man was chatting with him: “NadZi is beautiful. Go and ask her to be acia with you.” He thought that NadZi was not only pretty but also very good at her job. Jishi approached her and took the scarf from her head. She did not react at ali, neither asking him to give it back nor trying to get it back by force. That night, he begin to visit her secretly.

周-詹文 第240页第12行至15行:“戛拉村汉官阿扎,女,23岁,人才好,会应酬,别人知道的她有阿注一百零二个,其中一百零一个是临时阿注,一个短期阿注。   
 
她的异母姐采尔(姨表姐),女,24岁,虽然脚跛,但相貌漂亮,又会说,别人知道的她有阿注五十个,其中临时阿注四十九个,长阿注一个。”
 
  蔡书 第197页: 1. Adga was a beautiful and hospitable twenty-three-years-old woman. According to the villagers, she had already had 102 acia, only one of which had lasted for more than a year. Her twenty-four-year-old sister, who was articulate and very pretty but had a limp, had had fifty acia, forty-nine of which were short-lived.
第四个案例:
 
  周-詹文 第243页第10行至第244页第8行: “ ○1 纳哈瓦阿铁格洛阿五,男,现年73岁,俄等级。年幼时曾到者波白喇嘛寺当喇嘛(未到过木里),本人很灵巧,没有投师就学会了木匠和缝衣服,从十五、六岁起就开始找阿注。第一个阿注为本村阿铁哈母(或称为纳母),当时哈母也仅十五、六岁,长得年轻漂亮。于是阿五多多地送她礼物和钱,同她交阿注,一年中先后送衣服一件、帕子一根、布鞋一双、大洋十几块。由于当时哈母找的藏族和本族的男阿注较多,阿五没有找哈母作长阿注的打算,便同时又和本村的阿帕卡益史浦池交阿注。益史浦池的外族、本族的临时阿注也相当多,阿五也不想同她交长阿注,只是在方便和需要时才去过阿注生活,对她找临时阿注不加过问,他们的关系延续了三、四年之久。后益史浦池疯了,阿注关系始断。在与益史浦池交阿注的同时,也和其妹直马采尔交临时阿注。直马采尔当时已有男阿注长期同居,阿五是在她的阿注不来走访时,去直马采尔家过阿注生活。这种关系据说一直维持到一九六三年(英文是1956年)(直马采尔的同居阿注已死多年)。此外,阿五在益史浦池结交阿注后,见本村郭他车纳错年轻漂亮,送了两件衣服给她,交了两晚上的阿注。而在此同时,趁方便又和车纳错的妹妹古马交阿注两夜,送古马两块大洋。后,又见本村补池拉朱长得不错,对自己又很好,出门做手艺时,拉朱常送给他粘粑面一口袋,于是和拉朱建立了一年的阿注关系。拉朱在一次荒年中死去,阿五便和拉朱的妹妹扎石交上了阿注。由于扎石既有长阿注,又和另外许多男子交阿注,阿五和她交了几天就不去了。接着,又和本村的括巴央宗交阿注一年,和瓦官直马采尔交阿注几天,和瓦官车马交阿注一年多,车马妹车直马交阿注两天,和抛施直马在做活路时交阿注两天,在者波村守喇嘛寺时,在那里同几个女子交了数天至一年多的阿注。此时,阿五已快三十岁,开始想找长期阿注了,经过选择,看中了本村的别那丹珠。时丹珠的男阿注藏族商人已回乡,在取得丹珠同意后,同她建立了长期的阿注关系。此后,阿五作木匠得来的工钱,给别那家一半,自己家里一半。与丹珠先后生二子,衣著全由阿五供给。他们的关系一直保持到一九五一年丹珠死,阿五在与别那丹珠建立长期阿注后,出门帮人做手艺时,只要方便,仍然和女子广交阿注。如:在帮开基木瓦翁初直马采尔三天工中,同采尔交两晚阿注。同开基木瓦海甲车直马交阿注三天。同守福扎石直马交交阿注两天,守福车直马三天。帮不洒采尔一天工时,交阿注一天。同梭那米车马交阿注两天。帮梭那米家修经堂时,该家女子直马主动同阿五交阿注十几天。同开基格瓦的瓦补车直马交阿注两天,同车直马的母亲交阿注一天。帮程把事家犁地时,同程的女俾子浦池交阿注延续了一年,程的另一女俾子比妈主动找到阿五交阿注数天,程的再一个女俾子拉搓也主动来交阿注一夜。拖支村阿妈甲拉到阿五家走亲戚,阿五与她交阿注一夜。同村则雍主到阿五家走亲戚时,阿五又与雍主交上了阿注,时断时续有一年之久。帮达坡村阿略米直马做工时,和直马交阿注两天。在田坝里看包谷时,和者波村阿泽独之交阿注两天。在田坝看水时,和加纳高若交阿注一夜。四川盐源县前所的布卡阿车车直马来阿五家探亲,同车直马交阿注四天。同阿米洛瓜祖阿吉马交阿注一天,瓜祖高若一天。同戛拉村车麻米交阿注四天,八奇村阿朱明拉朱交阿注两天,八株村的司沛纳主,通过朋友介绍,同阿五交阿注两天。此外,阿五在开基格瓦,还另交一长阿注瓦补阿成,关系达七、八年,生一女,后因阿成另有阿注,关系始断。”
 
 
  蔡书 第209页至第211页: 6. Gelo, a serf who was seventy-three years old in 1973, (这个添加的年代,依据是什么?为什么不像下文中添加的年代是1956?)had been a Lamaist monk in his youth but had not been trained in the Tibetan temples. He was very talented and become a carpenter and a tailor without any training. He became ***ually active at the age of fifteen. His first acia was Hlamu, who lived in his village. She was his age, and she was pretty. During their one-year relationship, Gelo gave her many gifts: a jacket, a scarf, a pair of shoes, and several dozen ancient yuan(1yuan equals 2bankai). Hlamu had other Na and Tibetan acia; and Gelo, during this same period, saw Buchi, another young woman from the village. Buchi also had several acia, and Gelo would only visit her once in a while, when he felt like it. Their relationship lasted about three years and ended when Buchi went insane. During this same three-year period, Gelo was an acia of Tsie, Buchi’s sister, who was already the open partner of someone else (that is, she was receiving conspicuous visits; see chapter 9); therefore, Gelo would only visit her when her dhu zi was not coming.
 
His relationship with Tsie continued sporadically until 1956 (中文是1963年,这里把年代“修订”为1956,依据是什么?). After Buchi, he was attracted to Hlatso, a beautiful young woman from the same village. He paid her two visits and gave her two jackets. He also spent two nights with Hlatso’s sister and gave her two ancient yuan. He then had an acia relationship with Nadgo, also from the same village, for about a year. Each time Gelo left to build a house, Nadgo gave him a sack of roasted-wheat flour. Nadgo died during a year of famine. Gelo then become an acia of her sister, Dashi. Several men were already visiting Dashi, and one of them was her dhu zi who only visited her a few times.
 
  Then Gelo had a relationship that lasted for about one year with Iazon, one that lasted for several days with Wagwan Dema, one for one year with Chema, one for two days with her sister Dema, and one for two days with Poshi Dema. All of these women lived in his village. While working as a guardian in the Lamaist temple in Zebo, he had acia relationships that lasted anywhere from several days to a year. During this period, he was about thirty years old. He then established an open relationship with Dindgu, whose Tibetan partner had gone back to Tibet. This relationship, which produced two of Dindgu’s sons, lasted until her death. During their relationship, he would form new acia anytime he had the chance: he spent two nights with Tsie from Kaitci, at whose house he was working as a carpenter; he spent a week and a half with Dgema, who took the initiative while he was repairing the Lamaist room of Sonami. For more than a year, he was the acia of a serf owned by the aristocrat Chen bashi, whom he met while plowing the fields of her master. There were also two other serf women who took the initiative to be acia with him, one for several days and the other for just one night. Judgu, a girl from the same village, was his acia intermittently for about one year; and while he was working in the cornfields, he spent two nights with Duzhi from Zhebo.
 
One spring, while supervising the irrigation of his lignee’s fields, he spent a night with Gaozo. Tsiedgima, a woman from the Bukaeche lignee, came to his house to see relatives (through an adoption), and he spent four nights with her. He spent two nights with Nadgo, an aristocrat from Baozi, and he had an open relationship with Achen that lasted for approximately seven years (during that period, he also had liaisons with two open dhu mi), from which one daughter resulted.
 
第五个案例:
 
  周-詹文 第244页第9行至第18行:“戛拉村甲布扎石,男,现年五十岁,责卡等级,家庭成份中农,占有土地十多架,本人又兼做点生意,因之有活动钱使用。扎石从十六岁起,开始结交女阿注,第一个为本村查德耳家的亲戚扎石巴塔沙打,是沙打来走亲戚认识的。沙打比扎石大两岁,人才中等,关系维持达一年。后扎石嫌她家太远,就主动不去了。但沙打很喜欢扎石,扎石不去走访,她仍主动来找扎石,并想嫁给扎石。扎石觉得自己家里不困难,又有姐妹,娶一个老婆回家,必然引起家中不和,反而自找麻烦,便拒不会面,关系遂中断。此后,扎石到处结交临时阿注。据本人说,本村和邻村年龄同他相近的妇女,他都交过临时阿注。到二十三岁时,和本村的普米族女子拉若车马建立了长期阿注关系,生一子,关系一直保持到现在。扎石交上长阿注后,在方便和需要时又交了不少临时阿注,旁人知道的就有十二个。1961年,还和同父异母妹格底纳珠交阿注,生一女。”
 
 
蔡书 第216页: Dashi (a man who was fifty in 1963) (这里标注出调查时间为1963年,漏出了剽窃者的狐狸尾巴) from Gala was in charge of business affairs for his lignee, which before 1956 owned 10 dZia of land. The household was relatively well-off. He began his acia life when he was sixteen. His first acia was Shada from Gasa. They met each other when she stayed in his village for a few days. Their relationship lasted about one year. Eventually, he found that Shada’s village was too far away for him to continue seeing her. 
 
Since Shada loved him very much, she returned to ask him to continue their relationship after he stopped visiting her, and expressed her desire to cohabit with him. Dashi, however, felt that his ligee did not need another member, (这里把原文的“家里不困难”理解为“家里不缺人手”,也算是善解人意吧) and because he had sisters, bringing a woman into the household would create discord and only cause problems for him. He therefore refused to see her again and had acia relationship with all sorts of women in his village and in
